Skills Training, Consultancy and Project Management is available on site in our Dublin training facility in Lower Baggot Street, Dublin 2. We also offer bespoke in-company and online solutions.

Founder & Managing Director:
Colin Pauser-Cowman
Colin Pauser-Cowman is a seasoned industry leader with 30+ years’ experience across TV , media and the creative sectors. A former commissioner, executive producer, and senior project manager, he’s delivered hundreds of hours of hit programming for Ireland’s top broadcasters and steered countless projects to funding success at home and abroad.
As a strategic consultant, Colin advises independent producers on creative development, funding, and innovation. He led Paradise Pictures for 13 years, producing standout content for RTÉ, TV3 (VMTV), global channels, and major Irish brands.
A passionate educator, Colin has spent over a decade designing and delivering high-impact training through IADT, Griffith College, MTU, Screen Ireland and Skillnets — empowering the next wave of creative talent.
